At Trinity Nursing Services, we advocate for choice and control, and encourage our participants to take an active role in decision making around their care. Our philosophy is ‘nothing about me, without me’. Every decision is made in collaboration with our participants, or in the event where they are unable to actively participate, we work closely with their guardians / significant others. Our extensive knowledge and experience in disability, complex community nursing, and mental health ensures we can support participants from eight years of age and above to achieve their full potential through exceptional care.
