The Wild Hearted Projects is a boutique service aimed at children, young people and their families, who are vulnerable within our community. These vulnerabilities could be due to homelessness, child protection issues, complex developmental trauma, transgenerational trauma, domestic violence, exposure to mental health and or drug and alcohol issues. The mission of this service is to provide a goal centred, yet a “SMART” approach to empower children and their families to succeed.
