The Bridge has a wide variety of disability support services in Melbourne for participants to access across both The Bridge Connects and The Bridge Employment. Our service model shows the many community and employment services available at The Bridge. Most of these services can be accessed at the same time or in a gradual way as part of a clients individualised pathway.
