At Sunshine Coast Individualised Living you’ll always know who is supporting you each day as we personally introduce you to prospective supports. You get to choose who supports you and we’ll train them to your individual support requirements. We’ll introduce back-up support, so you will always have met and agreed to who is supporting you. We believe that where possible the same support will assist you on the same day and at the same time each week. This support will get to know you and you will get to know and trust them.
