We’re proud to be the first and only Adapted Physical Education (APE) organisation in NSW that provides one on one support to people with special needs. The experience and high-quality programs at Step Up are facilitated by our experienced and passionate mentors. Every mentor is a qualified health professional or University student studying in a related field. We are a registered NDIS provider, which means that all participants can be eligible to use their NDIS funding towards our programs, depending on their approved plans. Our programs are designed and run by exercise experts. We provide 1 on 1 support to maximise engagement and satisfaction, offer free transport and mobile service for eligible areas, and maintain competitive fees to help people participate.
