Welcome St George & Shore Visiting Nurses (a division of St George Care Pty Ltd) has provided caring, qualified, and experienced Community Registered Nurses, Assistant Nurses and Care Workers for over 20 years. We provide care for the aged, veterans, clients with a disability (NDIS and Life time Care) and those recently hospitalised in South / South Western Sydney/ Upper and Lower North Shore and surrounding areas. Our primary goal is to deliver the quality care you require in the comfort of your own home. We are able to do this on a short term or ongoing basis.
