RISC has been designed to meet the needs of people with severe and multiple disabilities (intellectual and/or physical) who are aged between 18 to 65 years, cannot work full-time because of their disability, reside North of Waterworks Rd and between the Eastern and Northern City boundaries, excluding Sandgate, Shorncliffe and Brighton, and are eligible within the criteria of Department of Communities to receive support as current at that time.
