Plan & Connect is committed to assisting people living with disability to achieve their goals and lead happy and fulfilled lives. We assist our participants to understand their National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plans and identify the service providers which best suit their needs. We are not a provider of any direct care services, ensuring our only priority is doing what is best for our participants. We are staffed by locals and have offices in Wodonga, Wagga Wagga, Wangaratta and Griffith.
