PBC Specialised Behaviour Support (‘PBC’) has been providing specialist behaviour support to NDIS Participants since 2020. PBC was started by Paul Boomert, who has been delivering disability services across a variety of settings for over twenty-five years, and a specialist behaviour support practitioner since 2013. PBC is now joined by Steve Piedra, a Psychologist with General registration with Ahpra, who has 10 years’ experience working with the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing across disability behaviour and family support roles. Steve’s areas of interest include Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, dual diagnosis, forensic disability, trauma informed practice, and families with complex needs.
