Welcome to Partners in community care. We are an NDIS registered. We offer a passionate group who will treat you like family, and assist you adore your life and live your dreams. Each person on our team plays a critical role in delivering the quality services expected by the people we support, their families and the company. We believe in the inherent right of people with disabilities to have choice and control over their lives and support their right to be active citizens, enabling them to participate fully in the community. Partners in Community care provides this support under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
