Residential Care services provide accommodation and support for older people who can no longer live at home. We aim to provide quality care in a personable manner. Our service includes a focus on Rehabilitation and Re-enablement to help people stay at home longer. Additionally, the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) aims to enhance the independence, security and quality of life of older people (65 years and over). Affordable housing at 70 Aurelia St allows for space to grow, and supports to flourish. Our Get Yourself Moving programs offer Senior's Fitness options, and our team of exercise physiologists, physiotherapists and other allied health professionals provide programs to meet your goals and abilities.
