Momentum Occupational Therapy is a small team who are dedicated to providing personalised service to you in your home, at your school, at our clinic or via Telehealth. Our clinic is based in The Hill Street Professional Centre in Gosford. It is close to public transport and there is parking available. The building is accessible and we have a variety of consultation rooms to cater to you and your family’s needs. We are able to support both adult and paediatric clients. We offer Functional Assessments, Home Modifications, Wheelchair Prescriptions and can support you with a variety of assistive technology options.
