Since 2000, MDOT has been providing occupational therapy assessment and treatment for adults with any level of need. Occupational therapy is a client centred health profession that works closely with the client to maximise their levels of function within all aspects of their everyday life. MDOT specialises in enhancing people's independence to remain living safely at home through home assessment and modification and assistive equipment prescription. MDOT also specialises in enhancing people's independence with staying at work or returning to work following injury or disability, through ergonomic workplace assessment and effective return to work planning.
