Linked to Life is a not-for-profit, community-based organisation for people who are frail, elderly, and wanting to continue living independently in their own home. We pride ourselves on the provision of personalised services that are tailored to meet your needs, goals, and lifestyle. Our friendly team will visit you in your own home to assist you in developing a support plan that is customised for you. Linked to Life is funded by the Department of Social Services under the Commonwealth Home Support Program, and has operated across the Coffs Coast for over 25 years.
