Lifeplan provides disability services throughout Perth, Western Australia, to people of all ages. We are a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) registered service provider and pride ourselves on working collaboratively with local co-ordinators, planners, guardians, carers and accommodation providers. We have been a leading not-for-profit disability services organisation in the Perth community for over 20 years, providing positive disability support and mental health services to people in need.
