Jac’s Place is a Social Enterprise and an NDIS Registered professional Disability Provider, specialising in disability accommodation and support services. We create nurturing homes and support networks for NDIS Participants with disabilities and complex needs, enabling Participants to live independently and giving loved one’s peace of mind. Our trained team provides Core Supports including 24/7 Support and Community Access. We also offer a Support Coordination service to assist Participants with understanding their plan and connecting to a trusted network of services. Through our social enterprise programs, we assist vulnerable persons with advocacy and information, as well as accommodation options.
