Infinity Supports WA Pty Ltd is a disability support provider based in Rockingham/Peel area. We provide a wide variety of supports to assist people with disabilities to achieve their goals. We listen and work with you to understand your needs and tailor supports to suit you in the best way possible. Our services include but are not limited to Community Participation, Independent Living Skills including personal care & in-home support, Mentoring & Life Skills and Support Coordination. We do not provide a stock standard service but a customised one which is made possible with our friendly and experienced staff who believe in a person-centred approach to assist you to achieve your goals.
