We’ve been around for 6 years, supporting people with disability to create community-based Support Worker teams. Over the past 12 months, we’ve taken some time to reflect, to learn, and to change our approach. We’ve called this time – Better, not Bigger. We’ve learned from people with disabilities, some great local people and folks from across the country.
