Hi Five Disability Support Services Pty Ltd is a family business located on the Central Coast of NSW, dedicated to collaborating with people living with a disability. It is a privileged role which we are passionate about. Our CEO, Jason, has spent several years working for large organizations providing person-centered care services. He has filled positions ranging from a disability support worker, team leader, management, and currently holds a senior Director position. Thanks to the qualifications, teamwork, and hands-on experience of all our staff, we have been able to set and maintain a high standard of service. At Hi Five, we aim to provide a boutique-style service where our team works as one, with one focus – our participant. Our goal is to provide quality, personalized, person-centered care and support while promoting participant choice and control. With a family-oriented approach, we have designed easy-to-follow processes that cater to our participants’ needs and all stakeholders involved. We adhere to the NDIS Code of Conduct, which outlines the standards of behavior that workers must uphold when delivering NDIS support. The Code requires workers and providers delivering NDIS support to act with respect for individual rights, provide support in a safe and competent manner, and take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to violence, exploitation, neglect, misconduct, and abuse.
