Soon, one successful practice became many, as the group rapidly expanded nationwide under the banner of Total Physio Group. In 2020, after continued growth and a natural extension into complementary allied health services, Total Physio Group became Health First Group. Despite our meteoric growth from a single physio practice to a national, multidisciplinary allied health group with a network of clinics spanning the country, one thing has never changed: our commitment to our patients.
