Hand in Hand Disability Support was founded in 2020 by three individuals who have extensive experience working together in Disability Support and who have over 30 years of experience working within the community services sector. We provide a supportive, person-centred approach where the focus is on Encouraging and Empowering you to reach your goals and to live as full a life as is possible. We focus on providing empathetic support where we listen and involve you in every aspect of your support.
