Built in the 1880s, Glenview house and its Norfolk Island pine trees have been landmarks in Glenorchy for decades. The house was purchased by the Anglican Diocese for the princely sum of 4,000 pounds and opened as the Glenview Home for Aged Persons in 1948. Our staff and volunteers are our greatest asset. We recruit for kindness, train for excellence, and we accept only the best people to be part of the Glenview family.
