Focus Community Health Care is a family-owned provider founded in 2018. We take pride in designing individualised supports alongside people with disability to advance their quality of life and maximise their independence. We recognise everyone’s strengths and individuality. All support staff have minimum certificate iii with ongoing training, combined experience of 30 years in the disability sector, providing quality care.
