Flintwood focuses on maximising the participants potential and supporting opportunities for independence. We exceed the NSW disability inclusion act (2014) with our innovative and engaging programming that is culturally sensitive and responsible. Flintwood’s main focus has always been the participant and that is why we work closely with families to ensure the best outcome for the participant.
