Established in 1998, FNM is a family owned and operated Health Centre that has been serving the Moreton Bay community for 25 years. Located in Morayfield we offer a range of services including 24/7 facility access, Les Mills Live and Virtual Group Fitness classes, Personal Training, Allied Health Services including Exercise Physiology and Allied Health Assistant, National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) services, and Workforce Health Assessors pre-employment medicals.
