Based in the Yarra Ranges, Casey, Cardinia and Knox, we’re a local, not-for-profit organisation providing personalised care for those in our community. We focus on you as a person and we don’t allow your illness to define you. Our services complement clinical palliative and dementia care, and we work in partnership with and support carers because we recognise the pressures they face.
