Down Syndrome Victoria (DSV) is Victoria’s peak organisation representing people with Down syndrome and their families. Established in 1978, DSV is a community based not-for-profit membership organisation made up of individuals with Down syndrome, their families, friends, and professionals, all dedicated to creating positive change and advocating for the rights of people with Down syndrome to access the same opportunities as other Victorians.
