Cornerstone Community Services is an NDIS Approved Provider, and is available 24/7 to offer people living with disabilities the support they need to live their day to day lives. Through our person-centred program, we assist our participants with daily living activities including but not limited to cooking, cleaning, mobility, access to the community, honouring appointments, including forensic supports. Satisfying the needs of the individuals we support is our first priority. We do this by ensuring participants' choices and independence are promoted in an atmosphere of dignity and respect as well as health and safety.
