My HOW: by connecting with one person at a time to thoroughly explore and address any areas of concern, in order to achieve significant insights into life journey. My WHAT: I provide a suite of services, including Counselling, Coaching, Clinical Supervision, Training and Consultancy. Born and raised in Vietnam, I migrated to Australia to complete further studies in psychology, counselling and psychotherapy. In the past 13 years, I have worked across various workplace settings, including public, private and corporate health and community services, supporting individuals, couples, families and teams in Australia and the United Kingdom. My credentials are: Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Psychology), Graduate Diploma in Counselling, Master’s Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, Clinical Member and Accredited Supervisor of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA), Approved Provider for National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Therapeutic Support, Approved NSW Victim Services / Victim Support Scheme Counsellor, Approved NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority Allied Health Professional for Workers compensation and CTP insurance. I am passionate about assisting clients to overcome their barriers to create meaningful and sustaining life adjustments. I strongly believe in the empathic connection, practical solution-focused strategies and applicable guidance to establish positive changes. With an understanding of both Eastern values and Western culture, I often use my extensive knowledge to bridge the gap in Western-based counselling and psychotherapy techniques. I fully believe in the strength of connectedness and by empowering each individual, lives can be transformed.
